David Potter

David holds both a PhD and an MBA specialising in cultural change in organisations.   David is a highly experienced change leader with over 25 years of practice as a senior manager leading change across complex organisations. David has a passion for  designing and delivering training products that both enhance the soft and analytical planning skills of change leaders . He also studied service cultural management at the Disney Institute in Orlando. 

David as a visiting 'practitioner-academic'' at a number of international business schools. He teaches Strategic Change Management , Strategic HRM, Influencing Skills for Leaders; and Relationship Management Skills at Adam Smith Business School University of Glasgow.

David also visits at the School of Management at  University of St Andrews, Strathclyde Business School  and Vilnius University Lithuania teaching master classes on Cultural Change, Spring Schools on Talent Management and Change Management.

He is also a qualified coach and advanced behavioural change trainer.  David is a  published author who is committed to developing organisations to optimum performance.

Prof James McCalman

A senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the private, higher education, and charitable sectors he has have driven several cultural change projects in organisations such as, Sotheby’s where he was Managing Director of the Institute of Art and the Windsor Leadership Trust, a charity delivering senior leadership development programmes at Windsor Castle where he was Chief Executive. His approach has always been development based and he sees individual and organisational development as central to the delivery of sustainable results and growth.

James has wide experience of management, consulting and teaching in the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia and the United States. His main research interests are:

  • Ethical Leadership challenges and the politics of change
  • Leading large-scale organizational change
  • Leadership development and executive coaching

Leatham Green

Leatham has been recognised for his pioneering work both as a HRM Practitioner and as a change leader at the highest level.  He is recognised as a leading influencer in his field with over 30 years’ experience working across public and private sector organisations.  Leatham began his career in the hospitality sector as a wedding planner for Swallow Hotels and Scottish and Newcastle Breweries before moving into the NHS as a District Catering Manager and then on to running the School Meals Service for Kent and East Sussex County Councils.

Demonstrating his adaptability Leatham then then moved into the field of people development and organisational performance; culminating in creating the biggest shared service operation in the public sector.


Leatham has received many awards for his work including International Influencer in HR/OD 2017; European HRD 2016; PPMA HRD 2015; and The Guardian Public Servant Award for Innovation.

Leatham  is a National Policy Board member of PPMA and leads on the nationally acclaimed Public Sector Apprentice of the Year, The One to Watch  and HR Rising Star development programmes.Leatham earned a BA in Food and Accommodation and an Executive MBA as well as a CIPD: Advanced Certificate in Employment Law. He also graduated 2014 - 2016  from Leicester University Law School; Masters in Employment Law as top law student 2016. Leatham is a trained coach, mediator, mindfulness tutor and NLP master practitioner.

 


 

Jenny McIntyre

Jenny McIntyre is an established professional service management expert based in Glasgow, Scotland. With 25 years’ experience of service operations Jenny would bring a wealth of practical experience to any continuous improvement programme involving customer care operations.

Jenny was integral to the establishment of the customer care standards for the Royal Scotsman luxury train and she has worked exclusively for corporate clients managing their inhouse hospitality operations. Jenny has highly effective customer relationship management skills and is a qualified NLP coach and supports the delivery of training programmes designed to improve the rapport building skills of service operators and managers. Jenny coaches’ relationship management skills at leading business schools such as Adam Smith University of Glasgow. Her 'hands on ' approach coupled with her analytical eye for detail and understanding of customer care processes means that she brings a total systems approach to designing and implementing relationship management operations.

Jenny specialises in collaborating with clients to identify all the different kinds of service encounters both inhouse and external to the organisation and then designing the training delivery systems that ensure best practice always prevails. Jenny has managed the executive customer care function for the City of Glasgow inclusive of 5 Lord Provosts and is an exceptional networker and relationship management role model.

Jens Starke

Jens Starke is a professional in the field of project leadership and management with almost 20 years of working experience across more than 15 countries facilitating individuals and teams of small, medium and large enterprises to leverage project management, business analysis and cultural changes for advantages.  He does this through a combination of training, coaching, mentoring and consulting with a holistic approach.

Jens is a highly-skilled executive and team coach, NLP master trainer and consultant, and member of the Global Training and Consulting Community. With his passion to inspire people to pursue their dreams by unlocking their potential, Jens strategically utilizes the tools from NLP, business and high performance coaching, and social panorama to equip different parties with essential skills to minimize uncertainty and maximize their performance.

Jens’ global and extensive traveling, working and living experiences has enabled him to embrace the critical element in leadership and management - cultural differences. With his multi-cultural exposure, Jens has refined leadership and management competencies with tools strengthening cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication. Jens is also a certifed John Maxwell coach.
