David Potter
David holds both a PhD and an MBA specialising in cultural change in organisations. He leads and established The Cultural Change Company .
He is also a qualified and experienced researcher holding a PGDip in Business Research Methods. David is a highly experienced change leader with over 25 years of practice as a senior manager leading change across complex organisations. David has a passion for designing and delivering training products that both enhance the soft and analytical planning skills of change leaders. He also studied service cultural management at the Disney Institute in Orlando.
David is a visiting 'practitioner-academic'' at a number of international business schools. He teaches Strategic Change Management, Strategic HRM, Influencing Skills for Leaders; and Relationship Management Skills at Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow.
David also visits at the School of Management at University of St Andrews, Strathclyde Business School and Vilnius University Lithuania teaching master classes on Cultural Change, Spring Schools on Talent Management and Change Management.
He is also a qualified coach and advanced behavioural change trainer. David is a published author who is committed to developing organisations to optimum performance.

David has published a case study on 'Leading Public Sector Reform' in the best-selling strategic textbook 'Exploring Corporate Strategy' with Professor Gerry Johnson.
