Action Learning Change management with The Cultural Change Company
Over the next few weeks we will be following our passion and delivering 34 change leadership & management seminars to multiple organisations both here in the UK and in Europe. These are a mix of face to face and online synchronised sessions.
What is so exciting about this schedule of contracts is the diversity of the participants who are interested in developing their awareness and understanding of change management.
The participants are CEO’s, Senior HRM leaders, Stream leaders for specific departments and masters students studying for business degrees.
What they all have in common is a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to developing their skills as change leaders and managers.
Whilst we specialise in cultural change management our roots are stronly associated with general change management approaches.
However, we repeatedly find that our participants find the sessions on cultural change management and cultural change leadership especially interesting and relevant to their lived experiences.
We pride ourselves as cultural change consultants as being incredibly versatile as trainers and coaches to enable participants to be fully appreciative of what is required to prepare for , design, implement and lead successful change in organisations especially change that aims to change organisational culture.
Our approach draws on techniques taught at many business schools on MBA programmes as well as innovative personal development methods rooted in the personal development movement. We harness analytical tools with reflexive learning tools to enhance the soft leadership skills that underpin our favoured approach to action learning and development . By action learning we mean that our approach connects the lived practcal experience of our clients regards organisational change management and or leadership with a set of tools that enable the indepth exploration of those experiences to generate new insights and enhanced change leadership/management capabilities .
