We are delighted to be invited to join the teaching team delivering ESSAM 2023 this year.
The role of our principal change partner Dr David Potter is to teach the core module 'Managing Cultural Change in Organisation over 4 days.
We will address key themes such as Making sense of culture at work, intervention design and implementation and evaluation of cultural change methods.
We shall draw on ideas from our books 'Building a Culture of Conscious Leadership' and 'Leading Cultural Change' to develop a comprehensive teaching model.
