David Potter is the founder of The Cultural Change Company www.culturalchange.co.uk which specialises in enabling successful cultural change interventions to stimulate organisational innovation. David is a highly experienced change leader with over 25 years of practice as a senior manager leading change across complex organisations. 

He is a master Neuro-Linguistic-Programming trainer who learnt his craft at NLPU based within the campus at the University of California Santa Cruz. He also studied service cultural management at the Disney Institute in Orlando. David specialises in designing and delivering NLP training products that both enhance the soft skills of change leaders and develops their emotional intelligence. 

He is an experienced coach and studied coaching with the Institute of Counselling and at NLPU under the training of world class business coach Robert Dilts and has personally coached over 50 clients through periods of personal development and growth. 

David holds both a PhD and an MBA specialising in cultural change in organisations.  David is also a highly experienced corporate strategist and change manager and delivers change management seminars to change leaders in organisations. He coaches cultural change practices at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow to the MBA programme as part of the Strategic HRM elective which he delivers.

David also designs and delivers NLP and cultural change engagement programmes. He is a visiting lecturer specialising in cultural change at the University of St Andrews Business School. David has delivered NLP Soft Change Leadership Skills training to over 1,000 clients from over 30 nationalities and is a member of the NLPU international consulting community

In partnership with Professor James McCalman, Head of the Centre for Strategy and Leadership at the University of Portsmouth, formerly MD of Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
