Dr David Potter is the founder of The Cultural Change Company and he specialises in enabling cultural change interventions. He frequently teaches and presents to students on MBA and Executive courses on the topic of cultural change, including at Lancaster University Management School, Queen Margaret University, Glasgow Caledonian University and Glasgow University Business School.
James helped found the Cultural Change Company along with David in 2014. He lives in Goring on Thames with his wife Sara and two children (Imogen and Annabel) He is currently Professor of Leadership and Director of the Centre for Strategy and Leadership at Portsmouth Business School.
John Jupp OBE has enjoyed an outstanding career serving his country in the RAF. He designed and implemented the RAF leadership development program and earned a PhD in Leadership Theory and Practise.
Paul Fennon is a very successful Strategic Branding and Visual Marketing professional. He has led stakeholder consultation across complex organisations to develop brand solutions and align values and beliefs with the emerging brand architecture. Paul leads clients through consultation to brand development or refresh to material production.
Heather Anderson is a versatile, imaginative and hard-working manager, graphic facilitator and communicator, with a breadth of skills and experience. She owns The Organic Place an exemplar of organic farming and retail operations and runs courses for teachers called ‘Growing Global Food Citizens’. A superb communicator and enabler of creative thinking in individuals and groups.
Pete Ritchie is an established campaigner for social change and an expert dialogue facilitator. He developed along with Heather a creative approach to organic farming and retailing that has become recognised as an international exemplar.
Susan is passionate about people and organisational development . Her philosophy is that “everyone has the capacity to change” and that through her skills and experience in leadership development, 1:1 coaching and facilitation she can ignite that change.
As an associate of The Cultural Change Company Annabelle Beckwith provides a wealth of training and coaching experience in developing leadership, management and communication skills and bringing about behavioural, attitude and culture change in various business contexts. She operates in both the public and private sectors, working with individuals and groups at all corporate levels.
Jacques Hefti is a senior international academic and business consultant specialising in the production of innovative cultures in organisations. He teaches on the MBA programme at The ZHAW School of Management and collaborates with business academics and consultants based at The University of Strathclyde.
